Living on Purpose 2 (LOP2)

A 40-hour workshop (12 sessions + Graduation Project – each session is 3 hours conducted weekly so total 13 weeks) that has the following modules:

1. Relationship with self
2. Relationship with people 
3. Managing your emotions 
4. Understanding your interests, passions, strengths 
5. Time management & goal setting 
6. Managing your habits
7. Understanding/managing the life change cycle.
