In this course, sex will be redefined to empower women get to know themselves better and lead a healthy, happy, and vibrant sexual life.
All sexual behaviour is constructed from four general sources: biology, psychology, interpersonal relationship, and culture.
The Intimacy Program aims to equip participants with knowledge, tools and exercises that will help them achieve greater awareness and confidence in their mind, body and soul.
By the end of the program, each participant will have a thorough knowledge of both their bodies and their partners’ as well as the techniques that will help them enrich their sexual lives and achieve greater happiness.
